Summary

The Library section is a wonderful example on how your community will greatly assist in protecting the environment. Each year, your Board sends annual reports such as balance sheet and profit of loss statements to the members, as it is obligated to do so under its operating agreement of the homeowners association. The Board now can make these and many other documents available electronically thereby saving paper and money to print and send the documents.

Feature

InsideHOA is devoted to help the environment and you choose to help us in that effort by being a member of this association. This section of the site eliminates the need to print various documents such as the minutes of meetings, financials, corporate governance documents, notices etc. With a simple click you have all your important information readily available for your review. The majority of the documents will be posted in either Adobe PDF or MS Word format. Please ensure that you have both programs available on your system. Besides helping the environment, you as the home owner will actually save money with this feature. So far, your association has saved ______ pages of paper to be printed.

Benefit
