As a homeowner you can send e-messages to one particular homeowner, a group of homeowners, management, board and there member, even vendors. Its this simple, Draft your email add a subject line. and send it.

Add a side note about the email you just sent. You can add a little personal private note to your self about the email you just sent, maybe there is a note that you did not want to put in the email its self, and there was a remark you needed to keep track of. Simply clicking "add note" and your note will be tracked.

Pre formatted templates There are a variety of emails you send frequently. Your home owners association can now create any pre formatted email to send. We have included merge tags so that live data can be merged. Here is an example:
