In the Newsletter section you can find the latest and greatest of your community. The Board will keep you posted on the latest events concerning the neighborhood. Our thoughts behind offering this tool are:

Ease of use - To create a newsletter you simply open the tool. Choose to create a newsletter. You begin by selecting what catagory you would like to add content for. Example: New Business, you can also [tag] the information as an option. Paste or write your content and when you're done, click "add content." Repeat this process for all the content you want to add to your newsletter. |

Archiving - All Newsletters are saved and can be searched and viewed. |

Content Tagging - Important information throughout the web site and linking them to items in your property diary is a key element. What is Content tagging? Throughout the site we used what we call [Subject tags] to tag information to property diary items. Since Diary item will be the standard for topics in discussions, meetings, newsletters, emails, and notes, these tags will prove to be helpful in connecting the dots of information. |

Simple editing - You can edit categories of your newsletter very easily. Choose edit and select the catagory to edit, and begin your changes. It's that simple! |

Email Distribution - To distribute your completed newsletter to homeowners by email, just click "email newsletter" and choose from the list of sending options. Hit send, and off it goes. |

Simple printing for non users - Newsletters can be printed in a print format to send to homeowners who do not choose to use the site. |
How easy is it to use?
1. Choose to "Create Newsletter".
2. Enter a title for your newsletter, add a publish date. and Click "Next"
3. Now its time to add your content. From the category drop down select the caregory that best fits to information you want to add.
4. Next add a headline for the content.
5. Next type or paste your content into the content box. When your finshed with that content, click "Add To Newsletter Below"
6. Repeat steps 3 through 5 to add more content until your finished.
7. When your finished click "Finished and Email" or just "Finished"
As a homeowner, you can email the Board and ask to receive the latest newsletter. The Board may also issue a release on new ballots that have been voted on. The possibilities are endless. In the post session, you may find some buddies to play tennis with or organize a carpool.
Benefit
The newsletter is simply created and send instantly to all the HOA members. Each newsletter is stored and can be viewed again and again. As we mentioned in other features throughout the site, we use what we call [Subject tags] to tag information to property diary items. Since Diary Item will be the standard for topics in discussions, meetings, newsletters, emails, and notes, tags will prove to be helpful in connecting the dots of information. The obvious benefit is saving time for the Board and money for the member. Other benefits include the ability for everyone to have access to all the newsletters to review. Usually, each community sends one newsletter per month to its members, costing the association $1.00 per homeowner per newsletter. If InsideHOA would offer this feature alone, it would break even with the ongoing association cost by just using this easy to use online newsletter generator.
