Our pricing structure will be based on how many users/homeowners you activate. Additional accounts such as HOA management, accounting, and other administrative actions are at no charge (free). If you have some homeowners who are not Internet savvy, we can deactivate their account. However, we are so confident that members will appreciate the benefits of our system, that they will be giving us a call.

Set Up Charges: $0 for the first 10 customers
A set up charge will cover the initial set up of creating accounts, adjusting user settings, and creating usernames with password protection. This fee also includes consultation on using each of the features.

Getting Started!
What we will need from you:
|
|
Setting up accounts - Compile a list of home owners, board members, committees, with their names, addresses, and email addresses. Please include renters if applicable in Microsoft word or a database file in the format of csv, txt, tab, xls, or mdf. This will be used to import into our system. Usernames will be created by unit or home number. An example is unit #09 or house #345.

Newsletter - We will need your most recent newsletter. We will go through settings on your first newsletter by phone consultation if you choose.

Discussion Area - A list of recent items up for discussion within your association.
|
|
|
Property Diary entry for Association - 1 or more items you would like to track in the diary, example: termite control, all the information about it, the contractor, warrantees if any, cost, any notes or stumbles you would want to record to make it easier for a future board to deal with the issue later.

Property Diary entry for homeowner (optional) - 1 or more items you would like to track in the diary. An example may include termite control, all the information about it, the contractor, warrantees if any, cost, and any notes or stumbles you want to record to make it easier for future board members.

Email Messaging - have a few sample emails ready! You may have some routine emails you may want to send within the web site.
