InsideHOA allows users to request deletion of their account.
When a deletion request is submitted:
The user’s login credentials and authentication records will be removed.
Personal profile information not required for legal or governance purposes will be deleted.
Content associated with HOA governance (including complaints, communications, votes, and board records) may be retained as part of official association records.
InsideHOA retains certain records where required for:
Legal compliance
HOA governance documentation
Dispute resolution
Financial recordkeeping
