Account Deletion Policy

InsideHOA allows users to request deletion of their account.

When a deletion request is submitted:

  • The user’s login credentials and authentication records will be removed.

  • Personal profile information not required for legal or governance purposes will be deleted.

  • Content associated with HOA governance (including complaints, communications, votes, and board records) may be retained as part of official association records.

InsideHOA retains certain records where required for:

  • Legal compliance

  • HOA governance documentation

  • Dispute resolution

  • Financial recordkeeping
